At Essences Day Spa, we strive to create a serene and welcoming environment for all our guests. Please take note of our policies outlined below:

Our Day Spa Treatments & Therapy Rooms, are exclusively available to our female guests booked for a package or massage. We regret to inform you that these facilities are unavailable for our male guests.
To maintain the peaceful ambiance for everyone, kindly switch off your mobile phones before your arrival.
If you are expecting or trying to become pregnant, please inform us at the time of booking. Pregnancy treatments are safe to receive from the 14th week onwards; however, our massage treatments are available for pregnant woman only from the 14th week to 38th weeks with the Doctor consent.
To enhance your experience, we recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time.
Guests under the age of 18 cannot be accommodated.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice (or 72 hours for groups of three or more) will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost. For group bookings, a 10% administration charge is applied to any cancellation after confirmation and payment or deposit.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time, but the full cost will be charged.
Gratuities are at the discretion of the client. Your personal recommendation to friends is greatly appreciated.
All Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months. If your voucher has expired, kindly contact us for assistance.
Credit card details, a deposit, or gift voucher references are required at the time of booking confirmation.
Essences Day Spa & Aesthetic Clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notification. Contractual matters are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
For massage and aesthetic body treatments, we only accept female clients at Essences Day Spa. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
